The 53-year-old Southgate took England to the Euro 2020 final and achieved a third-place finish in the Nations League in 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Despite being linked with <a href=\"https:\/\/news.24hscore.com\/football\/club\/manchester-united\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Manchester United<\/a>, the former Middlesbrough coach has reiterated his focus on the national team. His current contract with England runs until December.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;If we don&#8217;t win, I probably won&#8217;t be here anymore. Then it might be the last chance,&#8221; Southgate told German newspaper BILD. &#8220;I think about half the national team coaches leave after a tournament \u2014 that&#8217;s the nature of international football.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;I&#8217;ve been here for almost eight years now and we&#8217;ve been close.
